<P><a href="http://www.mtv.com/music/artist/jay_z/artist.jhtml">Jay-Z</a> sure knows how to make dreams come true. Through the years, Hov has provided platforms for quite a few key artists like Kanye West and Rihanna &#8212; maybe you've heard of 'em. He has also lent a hand to a few less notables &#8212; Rell, anyone? &#8212; but when it comes to Roc Nation's new pop starlet <a href="http://rapfix.mtv.com/2012/02/24/jay-z-introduces-roc-nation-artist-rita-ora/">Rita Ora</a>, Hova has high hopes.</P><P>"She's one of the people that, if you were in the position, you say, 'I'm gonna help her get her dream out and then we'll see what happens,' " Jay-Z told MTV News about the Kosovo-born, West London-bred singer when we caught up with him in Philadelphia on Monday. "I think her energy is infectious, because out the gate, two #1s in London and she'll just continue to grow from there."</P><P></p><div class="player-placeholder right" title="Jay-Z Says Rita Ora's Energy 'Picks You Up'" id="vid:769830" width="415" height="255"></div><p></P><P>The later of the two #1s that Jigga references is her current single "R.I.P.," a track that was co-written by Drake and features Tinie Tempah. The fiery electro-love ode finds Ora staking her claim in a convoluted love triangle, making sensual offers that her boo simply can't refuse. "R.I.P. to the girl you used to see," she sings with a sexy wit.</P><P>What's not to love about Rita? She perfectly balances over-the-top talent with a simple, around-the-way-girl charm. Her debut U.S. single <a href="/news/articles/1684374/rita-ora-rihanna-comparison.jhtml">"How We Do (Party)"</a> is a nod to the Notorious B.I.G.'s 1991 underground track "Party and Bullsh–," doesn't get more around the way than that. (She told us last month she's a " huge Notorious B.I.G. fan.")</P><P>You'll be hard-pressed to find a bigger B.I.G. fan than Jay, and it just so happens he's pretty fond of Rita as well. "She was the cool girl that worked in the sneaker store in the hood and everyone knew of her. She was just in there dreamin' and she just wanted it so bad," he said, describing Ora with awe. "You could just feel the excitement and the energy when she walks in the room, the room really changes. I know a lot of people say that and it gets to be clich&#233;, but when she walks into a room, her energy picks you up."</P><P><i>Are you into Rita Ora's energy? Between his tracking down fugitives and reality TV career, someone really hates the Dog the Bounty Hunter. Badly enough to make him contact the authorities.

An unknown enemy of Duane “Dog the Bounty Hunter” Chapman is making his feelings evident, sending his family many email death threats of late.

The FBI is investigating the threats on Dog’s life.

On April 30, a message to Chapman read, “I’m going to murder you. I’m going to come to Hawaii and murder you and your family in cold blood.”

“You are next on my list and are the bane of society. I will deliver you to God.”

Days later, another email was sent, and it’s even worse. Read it post-jump:

“I’m going to murder you and your family. I’m going to slaughter your family. I’m going to cut the fat tits off your wife while I watch your children bleed.”

“I want to see you cry, like you did everyday in prison. I want you to watch as your family gets massacred right in front of you.”

“Then I’m going to f–k you in the ass with your f—-t Indian beads.”

The threats continued with talk about raping his children, “It will feel so great. The blood of the innocent gets me so hard. Bye, Duane.”

The family released a statement saying, “The Chapmans are taking these threats seriously and are very concerned about the safety of their family.”

“Duane Chapman said that when the person responsible is found, he will prosecute to the full extent of the law for the threats made against his family.”

“A referral of the case has been made to the FBI in Honolulu.”

<P>MTV's groundbreaking and Webby-award winning <a href="http://www.omusicawards.com" target="_blank">O Music Awards</a> are back in a big way. The digitally-driven event that celebrates and honors the artists, fans and innovators impacting digital-music culture is set to return on June 27 with the world's first 24-hour live stream.</P><P>This extra-special event will unfold via a historic bus ride through the Mississippi Delta, the birthplace of &#8212; rock and roll &#8212; during which one courageous band will board a tricked-out bus and zigzag across the region in attempt to break Jay-Z's Guinness World Record title for Most Live Concerts In 24 Hours (Multiple Cities) by hitting a total of eight cities. The run will start in Memphis and end in New Orleans. Fans at home can watch the entire journey from any screen and, naturally, interact, influence and play a part in the voyage as the band heads toward the final destination.</P><P>Beginning Friday (May4), you can suggest potential categories and nominees via <a href="http://www.omusicawards.com" target="_blank">OMusicAwards.com</a>. Categories, nominees and the selected band will be announced at a later date.</P><P>"We started O Music Awards as an experiment and it keeps gaining momentum as an incubator for experimenting with interactive storytelling across multiple platforms," said Dermot McCormack, executive vice president of Viacom Music &amp; Logo Group, which includes MTV, VH1, CMT and Logo. "We invite the audience in and together we want to push the boundaries of how stories are told. We also have some fun, give out awards and break a few records."</P><P>The categories and nominees will be announced on Wednesday, May 23. Past O Music Award winners have included Bj&#246;rk (Digital Genius Award), Kanye West (Best Tweet), Tokio Hotel (Fan Army FTW), Nirvana (Best Vintage Viral Video), Spotify (Most Addictive Social Music Service), Aquarium Drunkard (Best Independent Music Blog), Way Out West (Most Innovative Festival) and CrowdJuke (Best Music Hack).</P><P>In the coming weeks, the identity of the band slated to take on the world record will be revealed, along with the lineup of artists who will join them on the road.
